Katrina Elise Meister            Katrina has been drawing and painting most of her life.  Starting with sketching and watercolors as a child, moving on to experiment with photography and sculpture in college, and then picking up oil paints a few years ago.  Now her preferred mediums are watercolors and oil paints, which she uses to capture glimpses of the world around her.  Many of these images end up on Katrina's Cards, her popular line of note cards.         A sixth generation Oregonian, Katrina received a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Bachelors of Psychology from the University of Oregon, as well at receiving a degree from the U of O Honors College.  Her paintings have exhibited in galleries and corporate offices as well as in the 2006 Art in Bloom Festival,  Midsummers Dream Festival and most weekends at the Lithia Artisans Market in Ashland.  Katrina's Cards are available in select stores locally and throughout the North West.  Her work is in several private and corporate collections.  She lives with her husband, Michael, and their children, Christopher and Anabella in Southern Oregon.
